Am I a 'Princess' ? I don't feel like a Princess....

Wednesday, May 01, 2013

As a child I was taught to pray to my 'Heavenly Father' using both my own words and The Lord's Prayer.
If my Father is the King of Kings, then I am a Princess. What qualities does a Princess have? How about the 'Fruits of the Spirit': love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Yes, that sounds good!

What does a Princess do? She is a representative of The King as she attends weddings, funerals, visits orphanages, attends meetings, eats at banquets.....

She has Princess resources to draw on...whatever she needs in order to carry out her tasks.
She finds these resources in meeting with other Children of God, in the Bible and through the help of the Holy Spirit.

As I think of myself as a Princess during the month of May 2014 and practice my Princess Duties, perhaps I will begin to feel like a Princess

Marvelous Scriptures! Such encouragement and absolutely right on target. Really LOVED the first one about the fruits of the Spirit. I always love it when Scripture speaks about Scripture. Thank you. Anita

Thank you for sharing these. We do need to ask the Father to increase these qualities into us.
You are indeed a Princess of the King.
