Ignoring the scale!

The scale can be your enemy if you let it!! It can discourage you if you are eating right exercising and still not losing!! I've decided to ignore it!! emoticon ok I won't toss it out the window but I'm just not paying too much attention to it!! The body is so complex n I know it will start moving in the right direction! I'm fine tuning and eating a few less calories too see if that will trigger it!! emoticon I WILL DO THIS!!!

I really like this blog from Coach Nicole, it really puts our obsession with the number on the scale into perspective.

I'm starting "No Weigh May" so I won't weigh myself until June (let's hope I can hold out that long, lol)

    good for you for realizing the scale can be your enemy, try just measuring yourself and save the scale for once a month.

    I agree, it's easy to obsess over the numbers. I went from weighing 3 times a day to only weighing twice a week, Sunday and Wednesday mornings are my check in.
