The scale can be your enemy if you let it!! It can discourage you if you are eating right exercising and still not losing!! I've decided to ignore it!!
ok I won't toss it out the window but I'm just not paying too much attention to it!! The body is so complex n I know it will start moving in the right direction! I'm fine tuning and eating a few less calories too see if that will trigger it!!
I WILL DO THIS!!!
