... and I did it.
Back in January I stopped going to the Y because I had too much to do on the house project.
Just for a few days.
But the job overwhelmed me in a matter of a few weeks.
That was January. The project was done before March 15.
I didn't go back to the Y.
And my eating has suffered. I wans't tracking what I ate WHEN I ATE IT!!!
I was loving peanut butter. It's only a teaspoon full.
Yeah like the first one, not the second. And even if it was the second, I was hitting that jar couple three times a day.
And American cheese. It's just one slice. In the morning. And in the evening.
So I resolved to get back to the Y.
I missed Sunday. I was too busy Monday.
Today. Early. 42 laps in the pool. Then 50 minutes in the weight room.
And I tracked every darned thing.
And it felt pretty good.
Tomorrow! Let's do it again.
