Gained about 5 pounds over the last few months, and have been struggling with what I've been eating. I don't know if it is emotional eating or eating due to stressors so I'm going to have to track what I'm doing.

I know that I need to switch up my workouts, but time-wise I think I have been doing enough. There is a 5k run at my daughter's future middle school this Saturday so I'm going to sign up to do that. I'll have to run at least twice before then. I know I can do it!

Had my annual women's exam today. Everything seemed normal per the doctor so now, I just have to wait for pap results. Mammogram will be in a few more months.

I updated my weight and changed my goals so back to tracking!

    Good on you for all of your effort. Refocusing will show the pattern of eating that undermines the rest of your awesome determination (at least, it did for me : interspersing my chores with snacks...).
