Glad to say I am already down on my calories, and fat intake. Still need to do some more cutting back overall, but I am feeling that back in action feeling. I need to adjust some nutrients and figure out how to get more calcium into my diet. May have to get supplements there as well.

Tonight we went to Sonic for 1/2 shakes....I was happy with myself for getting a mini over my usual medium...then I saw the calories. Makes it more tempting to drink more water!

So now to start building to no more fried sides like french fries and such and getting back to smaller portions. The portions have been harder for me since I have 3 big guys in the home. But 2 of them are also working in their weight and one needs to actually gain weight LOL.

Tomorrow = another day another step.
