How did it get to be May??? It has not started to get warm yet. Hopefully it will stay warm soon. Goals for May.... 15000 steps daily. Lose 7 lbs. Workout 6times a week. Try a cross fit class , plan meals weekly. Eat more fruit. Happy spring to everyone!!!
