I got to my brother's house on Sunday, and today is Tuesday. So I have been here for 2 days. I weighed myself on Sunday and again today, and I lost 2 pounds in 2 days. WOW! Just imagine if I could do that every day for a week..or 2 :)
The only thing I have done differently is..I have walked LESS, but I have not eaten any breads, crackers, chips, or pasta. I guess seeing as the bread/grain food group was what I ate the most of before; my body has gone into some kind of shock. LOL.
My knees hurt just going up & down the staircase and I'm sure losing weight will make moving around much easier.
