Another step towards positive again today. Went for a little local hike around Cranberry Lake today. I made my fruit goal, and got my checklist done for setting up the night before. I'm relaxing here now and want to go to the living room for some of that Yoga DVD again. I'm going to check out the unwinding the muscles segment. I did the good nights sleep and breath work routines last night. It's simple so far, but good to quiet my mind at night. I'm glad I finally tried it at home. Yoga with Ginny at the YMCA is a lot more serious, I should be doing that tomorrow. Take care of me. Small steps every day. Track my food tomorrow.
