Tuesday's Goals Met

I have been pretty good about sticking to plan, today is no exception however right now I want to dive into a pizza then wash it down with a oreo hot fudge sunday. I am almost ready for bed and fortunately do not have access to a pizza or ice cream. Phew!
I am wondering if it is the run today that is contributing to my hunger. I ate all that I normally do, very balanced and healthy. Nonetheless, I am still hungry.
I will have to accept it and not let it ruin a perfect day of healthy eating and exercise.
