I was going to start a challenge thread in one of my team forums, but I suddenly got shy and self-conscious or something, and decided to keep my sudden burst of enthusiasm contained to my page!
My Marvelous May Challenge:
16 gym workouts (weights + cardio) - This is 4 workouts/week, which isn't the ideal 5, but will give me consistency and accountability.
To curb my unhealthy snacking. My meals are fairly balanced and healthy; it's the snacking that does me in! (See any of my previous million blog entries if you need more info about this nasty habit of mine...)
I will work to lose 6 lbs.
There it is, for all to see.
Tonight I'm going out to dinner with a friend; the restaurant is a bit spendy, but the menu is simple, with minimal "stuff" done to the food, and smaller portions. It'll be rich, but it won't be my undoing. Plus, I'm back at work early tomorrow, so I won't be drinking--funny how that helps with cost and appetite!
