lost 2lb this week

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

I lost 2 lb this week that is 22lb since christmas. 96 lbs since I started in october 2011. The funny thing is I was feeling big tonight. I was puzzled by this then I remembed I started wereing the next size down pants. They fit instead of floating on me. Hope everyone has a good day!!

Working nights is hard on my meals because I can only eat 2 times in the day instead of 3. I think it's hard on my body to eat a lot in the middle of the night, so then I struggle with getting enough healthy calories and not snacking in the middle of the night. Sometimes I have to eat to stay awake.

We would be moving about 4 hours away from where we are now, about 300 miles. We own our home and it is almost paid for, so we plan on keeping it and renting it out while we are gone and then coming back after 15 months. The hardest thing about it, we think, is the problems it might cause with the kids schooling. I hate to do that to them, but hopefully it will all work out okay. Also hate to change my job - i've worked ten years, so I would have to start all over again when I came back. But, I really, really hope my husband gets in the program for his sake. He needs this.

Thanks for letting me blog away again! How did the picnic table work out? We might be moving next January so my husband can go to nurse school, depends on if he gets in the program. So we are getting rid of a lot of stuff too. Won't be able to as well in January when it's cold, so we are trying to be prepared. Have a great day! 3 comments only today emoticon emoticon

Good luck on your busy day today. Do you walk to work too? That's pretty good exercise on work days for me. Depends on how long the walk is I guess, but there and back burns about 300. That's about all I can fit in on work days.

I got my last run in before the fun run on Saturday, so I hope it is enough to do well. I feel good at this point.

Hi Friend! Good job! Hope you are feeling better today and have a really great day. The chiropractor said there is nothing wrong with my skeleton! Hooray! so ice rest compression and stretching. It doesn't hurt when I run so I will continue to train for the races.
Again, Great Job! It's all about the life-style change. You are amazing! Keep it up. emoticon

Congratulations, that's fantastic!!! I have days when I feel "skinny" but I've actually gained weight, lol! Funny how we perceive things now.

You might be retaining water. That makes you feel "big". Actually drinking water can help with that.
