36 WOD and splint

I did a WOD yesterday soooo excellent it needs a blog just on its own!!
36 pullups,36 pushups, 36 situps, 36 squats,36 walking lunges!!! All in honor of my 36 yrs on Earth!
Started with the low resistance band!

by round 3 the heaviest LOL

and sweaty I was after 23 minutes!

today I woke up and my wrist!!!!oh my wrist!! its been achy the last 2 week and today it just hit me!
Acute tendinitis

Did it stop me from the gym???
come on peeps its me!


I did the stair climber, leg extensions, calf raises, sit ups, oh wait LOTS of ab work!
We put limits on ourselves! Move alternatively peeps!
