We have tulips ! Eat healthy foods, Happy Spring

Today was just a perfect day, not too cold, not to hot . Just sunny enough , not too cloudy. I admired my several tulip plants in full bloom , just wide open to the sunshine, what a beautiful sight indeed. Spring is such a beautiful season, with many new beginnings. Baby birds a chirping , new plant life popping out of the ground, trees budding, people out, moving about enjoying the sunshine. So I thought to myself this sunshine is what makes us all warm , healthy , alive and growing .what a wonderful concept. So I've decided to incorporate more healthy living foods into my daily diet, I already have 5 or more servings a day of fruits & veggies. So I have bumped it up to 10 or more a day , for a healthier life , as I only have one,and I am the only person that can open up and let the sunshine foods in. I also have joined a Whole foods team, along with the Garden for life team. So I can get & give healthy input about live foods. Looking forward to my learning experience for the healthy me in the future. Thanks to the Spark site & all of you members , I'm starting to bud! HAPPY SPRING TO ALL.

    What a wonderful blog. In Fl we don't have the seasons like you so it was great to see it through your eyes! My hubby and I have been juicing fruits and veggies for 18 mo. We each lost thirty lbs and kept it off with one juice a day. If I don't juice it is difficult to get enough veg and fruit. I love both but don't always eat them even if we have them. I have to eat gluten free and that helps by cutting out so much fast food and dining out. Lunch is my worst time of day. I wander around snacking on fruit, cheese, nuts,chips etc. I plan menus for dinner and that helps immensely! I flounder if it isn't planned and I haven't thawed any meat.
