I am whole heartedly a foodie. I love food. Lately, I have been letting myself get things on the menu that I shouldnt be getting, eating pasta more often and working out to maintain, but the thing is, I WANT TO LOSE another 6lbs. So, I am recommitting myself to a stricter diet for the month of may, the things that kill me are cheese and white refined carbs so I am cutting out white refined carbs. I know that I can do this and tomorrow is the perfect time, I start my new job, new schedule and its the 1st of may!!!! This month, I would like to lose 3-5lbs. Possible? very! Lets do this!
