So that was ZCUT #6...

So after revisiting today's exercise, I remember why I put it was SO HARD on my calendar. LOL

It is 10 minutes of no rest, here are the exercises:
Low jacks
Flying jump lunges
Side burpees
Superhero

It is 30 seconds per exercise, no rest! You just keep switching between the exercises for 10 minutes. I feel like I did pretty good :) I definitely had to shake it out a few times during the 10 minutes but I think I pushed harder and achieved more than the first time I did this exercise. It is hard to measure because it isn't a time thing and I don't count how many I get done of each because it is non-stop!

Either way, I feel great and burned 200 calories :)

I actually thought I wasn't going to get my exercise in! Everything went against me today! First, all my sports bras AND shorts were in the wash! (WHY DID I DO THAT TO MYSELF?!) Then, my usual time to workout passed because I was out shopping with my mom! THEN my son didn't take a nap! GAHH Lol but what ended up happening is I borrowed my husband's shorts, exercised in my bra (whatever works!), and he watched our son while I knocked it out ;)

I'm so proud of us! Normally, especially since my husband had to leave for work tonight, we would just blow it off. But not the NEW us! My husband got his workout in, I got mine in, and we made it work! I'm so proud of us :)

Well, I'm off to make a budgeted meal plan for the next two weeks. I want to budget pretty tightly this month without making sacrifices on taste :) Wish me luck!
