wild card days

Ive been walking at least 1 mile a day 6 days a week and been doing yoga abs at 3 times a week but I'm thinking of adding a wild card day ..a day that I do other fun activities like tennis, hoola hoop, basketball ,etc. if you have any suggestions plz feel free to share with me ..thnx

    One night on the biggest loser, they put them through the deck of cards workout. There are several links describing how its done. Here is one from Jillian michaels ...

I made up my own with all cardio moves, took me 15 minutes to get through it and was quite sweaty.

Another quick workout I sometimes do is from an old Regis and Kelly show, the ABC workout....

    Wild card day sounds like fun! Maybe you could do old school PE exercise like push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups & my fav-marching in place. I also like Jazzercise & Dance.
I wish you well with your program!
I'll be looking forward to future posts about how you're doing!
Myself, I am working up to being able to do Jazzercise & Dance again. emoticon
