Oh hello sore legs, arms, back and core!

This challenge is brutal. We are supposed to do 40 minutes of cardio videos 5 days this week and 20 minutes of ab videos 4 days this week. Honestly this is sooooo not a good idea. Today was my day for both and I am having a hard time moving. This may be due to the fact that I had a 60 minute weight loss workout class yesterday but I am pretty in-shape. Anyone that try's to do this that isn't used to it is going to hurt themselves.... You should never do 20 minutes of strictly core at one time. NEVER! So those of you doing the challenge please split up everything so you do not hurt yourself. Pleeeeeeaaaaaaasssssseeeeeeee!
And before I get yelled out for doing this, just want to say that even the trainers at my gym said this was a bad challenge for people to try when attempting to lose weight.

I finally found a way to drink my protein powder without tossing up my cookies. 1 scoop of the powder, a touch of cinnamon, touch of cocoa and 10 oz of almond milk! I was so stoked that I was able to drink it! I didn't have an issue with my last protein powder but it had soy AND gluten. This Vegan Max stuff is soy and gluten free and currently the only protein powder I could find that I could use!

I am going to go coat my neck in sombra and hope the pain doesn't turn into a headache. Dang 15 minute ab video......

    When you do the abs day, try doing the seated chair workout. I found I could sustain that better.
