Last day!

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

I started out this month thinking that I was going to do great things! I did, too! I had steadily lost and was down 4 lbs. Yesterday my weight suddenly jumped back up 3 lbs and I honestly have no idea what caused it. I was dumbstruck when I read the scale. I have been trying to adjust my nutrition to fit the amount of exercise that I am doing and I am having a hard time eating that much. I guess that I will try just the opposite and decrease the amount of exercise that I am doing so I can decrease the amount of food that I need to eat. Something has to work!

I think you are doing great. I agree with the others to focus on how your clothes feel and how your energy level is doing. The scale fluxuates too much to get excited about a couple pounds one way or another. You are living healthy!

Could be some water gain. I know that when that happens, if I wait a couple of days, it usually resolves.

Hang in there and keep on keeping on. You are doing AWESOME!

Your weight can fluctuate as much as 5 or 6 pounds in a given day. It may have just been your day to be up at the same time you weighed in. Remember, if you are retaining any water, water is HEAVY. I'm up this week by 6 pounds. I'm not happy about it but as long as it goes down next week, I'm not going to freak out. Now, if it doesn't go down, or worse goes up again, you'll see some bigtime freaking! emoticon

I'm just saying try not to be too discouraged by a one time weight gain. It may have just been a coincidence that it showed on the day you weighed in.

Don't give up. Your measurement mean more than the scale does anyway.

I understand what your going through ..I do everything right and my weight goes up and down down and up ..so instead of focusing on the scale I'm focusing on the energy I now have, the fun activities I can do with my kids and the fact that my clothes are fitting better ..hang in there u can do it :))))
