I have never been much of a writer but here we go letís start blogging. My life is very crazy right now and Iím taking on allot of task all at once so keeping a healthy life style is hard to do. I try to keep working out and healthy eating in the front of my mind at all times but that doesnít always work. I find the hardest times are weekends. My boyfriend (Ian) works second shift during the week so I only get to see him Saturday and Sunday. I donít like cooking for myself so salads and shakes work great during the week but when Ian is home he likes go out to dinner or have me cook him very unhealthy homemade food. So Iím put on the forefront with all of these treats, triggering my cravings and making them seem unbearable at times. Who wants to eat a just a salad at the cheesecake factory? I want cheesecake!! So there lays my major challenge weekend calories. Itís time for me to start brain storming and start fighting my cravings, I will beat you weekend calories.
