Day 120- Fitness

It is hard to believe that it has been 4 months! I am not skinny yet, but I know with consistency I will be soon. Posting my activity makes me think twice about not exercising (not even an option, now) and overeating (it better be really, really worth it.).

I had another successful weigh in. Absolutely no weight gain since the office Biggest Loser contest began. My goal is just to weigh less every week. I have to remind myself every week because there is always someone that loses 5 or more pounds. I know I could "diet" away 5 or more pounds, but that just becomes a vicious cycle of lose, gain, lose and gain more. I remind myself that I want to be thinner and healthier.

I am feeling great!

  When you continue to eat sensibly and exercise you may not always lose weight but your body will firm up so your clothes feel looser and people start to take notice.
