Wow can't believe that April flew right by us. Where did it go?
Not having the best day. I woke up this morning could not talk, and my chest felt like it was on fire. Ate breakfast, got the boys off to school, and went to the gym. Was only able to do 25 minutes of strength training today. Did not have the energy to do my full 60 minutes that I had planned. Hopefully I am feeling better tomorrow, so I can do my 90 minutes of cardio.
