Not a good weekend for dieting. Had our last Cub Scout Family Camp and it's not the best place to be on a diet. I did pretty well... When I weighed myself on Monday I gained 3 lbs from my last weigh in but was able to loose it and get back to my pre-camp weight. Not sure how that happens but it did.

So now I'm back on track and have a Dr's follow up appointment on Thursday. I'm hoping to be in my 220's the day of that appt. Otherwise I would have only lost 5 lbs since my last visit. I have ampted up my activity level quite a bit and I am adding exercise to the program.

Still have another month and a half of phentermine so I'm praying for good results.

    Congrats on losing the 3 lbs so quickly. Could easily have been water retention from higher salt intake if you had more chips, pickles, lunch meats, hot dogs etc than usual. Even soda has salt in it. Glad you are looking at the positive side! ;-)
