Tuesday and what a difference a day makes

The tired old muscles kept me from resting last night. Then an early trip to town to visit the chiropractor, Ag and vet, Wally world and then Sears. We unloaded water, Mom's meds, sisters trimmer cord at the new house. I made Mom's lunch as sister was mowing. We made it to the old house about 12 and DH unloaded the bags of mulch and compost. I piddled with planting a few things and raking under the large bushes and cleaning out the smallest bed.

It is amazing that the fit bit report said.

Yes, I do realize that the Fitbit with not be judged as official data by race officials. But I also know that the 10,000 step a day goal - and my Fitbit to keep me honest - got me over 10000 miles a day once I set my mind to it. I also lost 4 lbs but will not celebrate it until I am sure it was not just water loss through extreme sweating. Also I realize that when I leave my fitbit at home like this morning it has no way of knowing how many steps I walked - so I don't like to forget it and my DH is a happy remind with "Oh, no you are losing so many steps." Bless his little pea picking heart.

I am hot and cranky and have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep. I have a building committee meeting tonight at church and I am going to treat myself to a nap right NOW.

    I hate it when I forget my Fitbit. When I get up in the morning, take it out of sleep and clip it's "leash" to my top. When I start getting ready I lay it next to my hearing aids. I have been known to forget those. It is easy to realize I am not wearing my hearing aids and I go back get them and get the FB also!

    Keep using Fitbit. It keeps me going and keeps me honest. I get very few steps in yoga but walking the dogs will always give me more steps in my day.
