Today was Week 5 Day 2 of Couch to 5K and for the first time, I wasn't able to finish the whole run. Today's run was: 5 minute warm-up, 8 minute jog, 5 minute walk, 8 minute jog, 5 minute cool down.
The first 8 minute run went fine, though it was hard. But I wasn't able to finish the second one. I ran for about half of it and then had to walk the rest.
I'm disappointed, but it's all right. Nothing wrong with having to repeat a day, which I will do on Thursday. I'll try to go without the jogging stroller, I'm sure it'll help.
