Not sure why I seem to have lost my motivation. I started TOM yesterday so I know a lot of how I'm feeling is directly related to hormones. I feel a little "Eh...".. You know that kind of blah feeling. I don't really want to do anything. Yesterday I ate HORRIBLE! I know what I do during these times is very important.. I can't always rely on motivation... So I'm trying to make smart choices regardless if I want to. So here's todays plan.
Go grocery shopping
Eat a healthy lunch
Go swimming with my daughter
Do a couple loads of laundry (my least favorite chore)
Cook and eat a healthy dinner
Go walking with my friend this evening
I hate these days where I just don't want to do anything! I just got to start. Starting is half the battle...
