What Do You Do?

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

What do you do when your body wonít do what youíd like it to do?
What do you do when your body is beginning to take shape in ways youíd rather it didnít?
What do you do when you simply cannot restrict yourself as harshly as you used to do?
What do you do when youíre fighting chronic fatigue and canít find the energy to exercise?
What do you do when you find yourself having to wear shapewear everyday because your body is beginning to look funny in your clothes?

No really, these arenít rhetorical questions, I need answers.

Good God, Iím frustrated.

Stephi is a wise one, B.....Listen to her. U need to accept what is and let it go. Trying to change what u can not will only drive u crazy. Let go of all the crazy society-imposed expectations and BE YOU. Stop being afraid of letting ppl down, of disappointing others and DO YOU. There is only one YOU in this world and right now, ur going absolutely MAD bc ur not pleasing everyone. Once you learn to love YOURSELF, everything will fall into place.
    Lots of love

    Hey girl!
Have been super busy and I really needed a break. Now, I'm back.
What do you do when your body wonít do what youíd like it to do?
    I give it some rest.

What do you do when your body is beginning to take shape in ways youíd rather it didnít?
I'm in maintenance for more than a year and my body still changes. Let it do what it likes and eventually everything will work out in the best way. Even my boobs are back!

What do you do when you simply cannot restrict yourself as harshly as you used to do?
That's why I was on a break. I needed it; I couldn't say no to anything. Now my batteries are charged and I'm ready to be careful again.

What do you do when youíre fighting chronic fatigue and canít find the energy to exercise?
I hate exercising. I simply don't do it. I eat less and I try to take the stairs, walk etc. But I don't exercise.

What do you do when you find yourself having to wear shapewear everyday because your body is beginning to look funny in your clothes?
As I wrote, your body will change even after you reach your goal. It needs time to take the "right" shape. And by "right" I mean the shape that will be ideal for you; not what fashion says is right.

PS. Loved the photos in your previous blogs. You look amazing!!! I haven't seen your blogs for about a month and the difference is sooo obvious! Well done!!!

Been there, felt that!!! I think we all probably have been there or we wouldn't be here! Well, you can do nothing and keep asking those questions, or you can do something different. Show yourself some love and make some small, positive changes! You are worth it and deserve it!!!

Well, I got a blood test and a meds check. Dr. One decided all is A-Ok. I looked at a couple of values and decided that I need to send the test results to my other doctor. Gotta do that, as I'm not so sure. So far, my mood and decision-making skills with regard to my weight are on coast. I don't get very far coasting.
