What do you do when your body won’t do what you’d like it to do?
What do you do when your body is beginning to take shape in ways you’d rather it didn’t?
What do you do when you simply cannot restrict yourself as harshly as you used to do?
What do you do when you’re fighting chronic fatigue and can’t find the energy to exercise?
What do you do when you find yourself having to wear shapewear everyday because your body is beginning to look funny in your clothes?
No really, these aren’t rhetorical questions, I need answers.
