I officially weigh more now than I have ever weighed in my life. Ugh. (Pregnancies don't count!)
But I am going to use this as a motivator. I am eating well today. I'm going to stay busy cleaning the house rather than sit around reading and eating. I will go for a bike ride soon, and later this evening I'll go for my second walk of the day.
I also decided to break my goals down to realistic goals (at least I think they're realistic). My first goal is to be down 5 pounds by Fourth of July. That sounds like it should be easy but I've not been able to budge lately at all, so I'll be happy if I can lose 5 pounds.
I know that weighing my food, and logging all my calories has been key to losing weight in the past, so I'm going to be religious about that. Also, I'm going to aim for at least an HOUR of exercise a day.
