Stepping Away From the Scale: Part 2

Well, I'm back to announce the results of my experiment. I decided that during the month of April that I would weight myself on the 1st and 30th of the month instead of weighing in weekly. I was tempted at different times of the month to hop on my scale to see how I was doing. I stayed off of it.
I am proud to announce that I loss 5.4 pounds for the month of April.
I'm glad that I completed this experiment. I plan to stay off the scale again until May 31. It was nice in one regard not to set myself up for possible failure each week. I just need to keep doing what I'm doing. The weight will come off.
