Goat cheese

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

The Plan has a lot of wonderful recipes using goat cheese. At the Sams Club in Guaymas I found a triple pack I cannot wait to try :)

Left to right: pepper, chipolte and sundried tomatoes.

It will be great in salads, noodle-less lasagna, vegetable timbale - yum!

I love goat cheese! I always use it on beets with dill and balsamic vinegar. So yummy!

You know I have never had goat cheese, but I've always wanted to try it. The flavors sound so good.

Oh that looks so good! We don't have a Sam's club here anymore! :-(

I REALLY have to test goat's cheese again!

Let me know what the sun dried tomato one tastes like and whether you have a reaction because of the tomato.
