I did five videos today on Spark.

I tracked my food for the day!

Tomorrow will be an OFF day for me, as I have to go to the drs and take care of mom and dad, but will take a walk with mom up town and do some small exercises in the afternoon when I get home.

    You are on the right track, Jean. Perseverance through the ups and downs will win this battle. Step by step we can do what we can and it will eventually become a lifelong healthy habit. I change one thing per month, and that works for me. Keep marching on! Blessings, Joanie
