Because of my hiccup that presented itself to me, I have had to come to terms with my fitness goals. The end result has not changed, only the means to get there. It seems I have a hip that will continually pop out of alignment. This greatly affects my ability to train for the C25K. What I have decided to do, as with all decisions in my life, is to take one day at a time. Depending how my hip feels-I will change my running with impact on pavement to the elliptical once a week-maybe more, again, depending how I feel.
The positive thing about this is-I'm still burning the calories, and will continue to see results. I'm just altering my plan to a method so my body can handle the impact. This will definitely not slow me down, or deter me from achieving my goals. :)
