Okay me. This was a hard day. I DID NOT want to workout. I mean I really didn't want to. I finally found the energy to start but had to stop after circuit one to give myself a pep talk. I was able to do most of the beginner workout only stopping for breaks occasionally. There were breaks and modifications. I struggled through it all. I am not falling in love with level 2. Other people have said the same thing, so I guess this is normal. Three days to go. But you don't get results if you don't show up. I will get out of this what I put into it. It's only 26 minutes out of my whole day. Such a small amount of time really. I just need to hang in there.
