It's hard when we struggle with food and motivation. And it's not going away. But their is strength inside of you. Food and temptation is everywhere. So I might suggest some not so fattening alternatives.

For sweets: you can fill up on watery cantaloup, fresh watermelon, peaches, or berries. For savory:...try cucumbers, celery, sweet peas, baby carrots all dipped in 0 fat greek yogurt with fresh herbs like cilantro, or dill. For crunch: try Dried seaweed or kale in replacement of chips. For that must have chocolate: try using Walden farms 0 fat 0 calorie dip or syrup with a few frozen raspberries. For Comfort: A baked apple with cinnamon and a few rasins. To relax: try a cup of diet hot coco with some tiny mini marshmallows or a flavored hot tea with a flavored low fat rice cake, like caramel apple.

Find something to fill your time with. Cleaning out your closet of all the clothes your not going to be wearing and adding incentive clothes you want to be ready to wear this summer. Take a nice warm bath or shower and relax with a book. Or put on one of those DVD's you've been wanting to exercise to and have put off. Make a date with friends and go out and dance your butt off.

Most of all...imagine how you want to look this year...your year...and respect your body and mind's desire to be who YOU want to be. We are our worst critics and the more we hate what we do after we bing...the more we feel we are trapped. Small steps or large steps...your choice your body. You are not are with friends who care. The fact that your here means you also care. You can do this...keep pushing. Because your emoticon Because you worth it. emoticon

Are you still hungry? Are you still feeling cravings? If so, then you need to address your physiological needs first. Generally, cutting carbs to the bone and upping your fat intake will finally satisfy your hunger. Then you can get to work on individual habits and making permanent positive changes!

Don't be too hard on your self and I know that we can get frustrate, keep pushing and you can do this. I start on my life style change yesterday and I have been on so many different plans and it was taking it toll on me physically and emotionally and now I am finally free of dieting and I am happier now.
