We've been exercising together for the past couple of days and finally came up with a schedule. Since I sleep a bit later, HR will do cardio first. Together we'll do the bootcamp videos and then I'll do my cardio. I think this will work.
Today we did the Day 1 Bootcamp cardio workout followed by Day 3 Bootcamp video. Then, I walked for 15 minutes.
Hip bursitis still kicking in, but not as bad.
