I felt good waking up this morning knowing that I am on track to do something good for myself. I'm excited to learn how to really take better care of myself. I didn't lose any weight today, but I know that is totally OK and that I should only start to be worried if I haven't lost any by day 7 or so. Feeling a little lazy and low energy today, but I am looking forward to going on a long walk through central park and enjoying the beauty.
