I must say that I really regret letting myself slack off over the past month, but I'm getting back on track and trying to finish the month off strong. There is no way that I will reach the 1,000 fitness minutes goal that I would ideally have liked to meet, but I guess 765 will be as close as I get this month. Next month will be a different story. I am really hopping to get on track and for once, I'm not planning a weight loss goal. I aam going to try taking the next month and focusing only on exercise. I plan on taking advantage of as many free classes as I can through this city-wide fitness challenge, as well as sticking to my 5K training schedule. As I'm going, of course, I will try to eat healthy to support my training efforts, but I'm going to try to take the pressure off myself to lose weight and really focus on boosting my health.
Some goals for May:
- Go to at least 2 of the fitness activities each week.
-Run 3 times a week, according to 5K training schedule.
-Work out at least once a week with personal trainer.
-Eat a balanced diet to properly fuel my body.
