So last week went pretty good. I managed to maintain my weight after my class last Monday, and lost some proceeding it. Saturday was wonderful. Me and my family went on a run at a park we used to go to all the time. Funnily enough, we had gone there 2 weeks prior for a 5k. Prefect distance for a family run.
Then Sunday came. Now I know it's the "Day of rest" and all, but that makes it very hard for weight loss. My Sundays are usually very sedentary, unless we decide to take a family outing. The first half of the day is always very sedentary. Although I managed to get in some time with the Wii Fit.
Monday was no better. The first half of the day was very sedentary as well, as I was working on written homework. Eating a whole plate of food doesn't help matters much. When I got home, I snuck in 30 minutes or Wii Fit time before bed. I hate going to bed on a full stomach.
Anyway, Tuesdays seem to be where my fitness week starts. I always eat healthy, and get in a run and some Wii Fit. I'm looking forward to the week ahead.
(Sorry if this blog just feels like venting. I hate the effect the weekend has on my health)
