WOW~ I can't believe it is May 1st tomorrow. Where is this year going. I am major sucking at all of my goals. For the year I am down .6 lbs-better than gaining but I really need to get on track. May 5th is 4 months until I have to put on a bridesmaid dress and I don't want to look like an overstuffed sausage :( All this talk about weight- I really try to be a positive role model for my step daughter and try to be active and plan good healthy meals. Last night she was pinching her thighs and saying how fat she is-broke my heart.
Goal for May: Heathly Self, healthy family.
