It hit me like a ton of bricks last daughter is graduating HS in 5 weeks.
Last night's realizations:
1. this senior year of her's has flown by faster than I ever imagined
2. it will be a whole new season in life with her in college
3. I really understand why she's freakin' out
4. I wish I was healthier by now
5. when she graduates it will be the two year anniversary of my brain surgery
6. life goes fast...
hold on to those you love with both arms
Praise God every day for the blessings He pours down
life does fly by fast, so I should love every one unconditionally, every moment
make small improvements every day
forgive my self and move on
thank God every day for the support system I have....that means YOU!

It is amazing how fast time flies!

I hope you do well with your daughter leaving for college. I worry how I will be able to handle it.

You are so right that life goes by fast. My youngest graduated last year and is off to college, so I totally understand how you feel. Congrats to you both on the upcoming graduation. May God Bless you on your family's new journeys

I agree that time does go by so fast. We must take each day and cherish the moments. Life is short. Spend time letting our loved ones know they are loved. Do not take life for granted. God is good. Congrats on the upcoming graduation.

Congrats to your daughter! One door closes but a window opens for her :) My son graduated 13 years ago. Where did the time go?

Congratulations on the upcoming graduation! It does seem like life just flies by faster and faster! Is she your only child? Regardless, it does mean change and it isn't easy to let go. However it is a new adventure both for her and for you! God bless you both!
