I have decided for May my goal will be to lose 10 pounds. May is usually a very pretty month in this area. Little chilly in the mornings, but not to bad. This would be a good time to get out and walk some along with my workout routine. If I can get my eating habits back to healthy like I had them before winter hit, ten pounds should not be a problem for this month. I don't expect to lose ten pounds every month, this is just my goal for the Month of May. As long as it's not rainy/nasty outside I can also go outside with my babies in the evening and ride bikes with them for a little while. This is there last few weeks of school for this year, seems like this school year went by really fast for some reason. I know they will keep me on my toes all Summer though so hopefully I can reach my goals each month. Right now I am staying about 209-210 pounds, I would like to get back to ONEderland by the end of May and then continue to work my way back down to the proper size/weight for my body hieght/type. My goal is to try to hit 160 before Winter decides to come back at the end of the year since apparently I get really down during the winter months. Anyway, just wanted to share my monthly goal with my fellow sparkpeople supporters.
