Monday - Week 1, Day 1 5K to 10K
I did this workout after I got home from work. I did this on the treadmill while watching some Grey's Anatomy on Netflix. I did 4.6 miles in 53 minutes. I decided that I was going to restart the 5K to 10K program since it's been awhile since I've done it and I want to work on my speed.
I haven't finished tracking dinner, but I'm pretty sure that I'm in my calorie range for the day.
I got 8 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 1 of 1 for the week for workouts!
