Question is, what is my true motivation? What do I hope to achieve or experience after reaching my goal?
My true motivations would be:
1. Get and feel healthy, live longer
2. Play outside, volleyball, basketball, bad mitten, swim, play with my kids
3. Do the exercises I love,
4. Run, run, run, 5K, 10k, half marathon, full marathon.
5. Wear slimmer clothes, shorts, swimsuit, tanks, possibly even a dress
I have always loved exercise, but once I quit getting it, it has been hard to start again. I want to exercise, because I like it. I am getting there.
