After weeks of sleep problems I seem to be doing better. Last night I got a full eight hours of sleep. Of course I did wake up and 3 AM for a while and after about 15 minutes I gave up and turned on my reading light and read. As usual I had to wake up to use the bathroom and then couldn't get back to sleep for a while. I have been spending a lot of time outside each day so maybe that is helping.
