    I sleep so much better on an empty stomach. If I have food late at night or after dinner, I'll oftentimes even have terrible dreams or a restless toss-and-turn night, then it really shows in my eyes or comes as a headache in the morning!
    Night times are times to fast. So, I consider it my 'fast'... from 7 pm to 7 am. Sometimes it's a challenge but we can ALL get used to anything. (Oh, I allow myself water, or hot water with slices of fresh ginger or lemon, but that's it.)

    If I can JUST remember that I'll FEEL better in the morning, then I'll stay away from the snacks/kitchen/food/candy at night, but it's reminding myself of that....

    Way to go with avoiding temptation of eating. Your hair is beautiful and keep in mind if someone don't like you, they have missed out on knowing a wonderful person and you might not want to be involved with those type of people anyways. Stay strong emoticon and know that God is always on your side. emoticon
