Oooh! That HOT PINK/PURPLE is YOUR color! emoticon

I sleep so much better on an empty stomach. If I have food late at night or after dinner, I'll oftentimes even have terrible dreams or a restless toss-and-turn night, then it really shows in my eyes or comes as a headache in the morning!
Night times are times to fast. So, I consider it my 'fast'... from 7 pm to 7 am. Sometimes it's a challenge but we can ALL get used to anything. (Oh, I allow myself water, or hot water with slices of fresh ginger or lemon, but that's it.)

If I can JUST remember that I'll FEEL better in the morning, then I'll stay away from the snacks/kitchen/food/candy at night, but it's reminding myself of that....
emoticon Cheers to you for a great v-log!

Way to go with avoiding temptation of eating. Your hair is beautiful and keep in mind if someone don't like you, they have missed out on knowing a wonderful person and you might not want to be involved with those type of people anyways. Stay strong emoticon and know that God is always on your side. emoticon

'Bre- you definitely get across human nature about waiting for validation, Its true : I catch myself knowing I want to be liked... and just hoping I won't be foolish about it.
