When I came to SP, I made medium-range goals to slim down for events: 1. vacation (end of February); 2. major family event (mid-April); and now, 3. DP's friend's wedding (end of June). I seesawed up and down the same five pounds and have had no net loss after 6 months.
The wedding is 2 months away, and I could surely make some progress by then. I will have to, since the dress I want to wear is currently too tight, and I'm on a money diet, too, so no new dress. (Although I do have other dresses that would be appropriate...)
My extra-super-mini goals for this week: 1. Eat only 'home' food; 2. Track everything; 3. Cardio at least 3 days. (The yoga's not burning any calories any more.)
