Ok, so I get home from work tonight with my boyfriend because his mom had shoulder surgery almost 3 weeks ago and she hasn't been cleared to go back to work yet. And when I went into my bathroom, I had a nice surprise. She put the digital scale that she bought on Saturday at a garage sale in my bathroom. The only thing that I am confused about is what I should do as far as what my weight is with the new scale. It says that I am 10 pounds heavier then the other scale was showing on Sunday.
Now I know did some snacking last night but I definitely know that it wasn't that much. Not sure if I should change the weight on my tracker or just subtract 10 pounds every time I weigh myself. I am leaning towards subtracting 10 pounds every time I weigh myself. Because if I change my weight on my tracker, I know that I would be discourage and probably give up and I don't what that.
Also I am starting to do strength training this week. I am going to be doing that 2 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I did some strength training earlier this afternoon after we got back home from my boyfriend's doctor appointment and his mom's therapy appointment for her shoulder. Instead of getting my boyfriend's wheelchair out of the trunk for him to come into the house, I carried him. And then I carried him back out to the car so that we could leave for work.
