Hi everyone! I am happy to report that I maintained during April. My goal for this month was to maintain, not gain, and I succeeded.
Every weekend this month I was either out of town or at an event, where my choices of food were not the most ideal for my diet. I did my best to stay on track and try not to get too far off my plan.
It would have been great to have seen a loss, but since I know the challenges I faced this month, I am ecstatic that I didn't have a gain!!
So good bye to April, and hello to May.
"May" I see a major Loss this month!!
