CoHP: 1st blog How Doing

The challenge started about 4 weeks ago. I feel that with all the teams and their challenges, which overlap with cardio & ST, I am doing fairly well. My weight is good; I haven’t made my goal weight, but close is better than gaining beaucoup pounds. I try to do the freggies, but can’t do the 8 glasses of water. I can do 6.
Since my clothes are fitting when they didn’t months ago, I’d say I’m doing pretty good.
