CoHP: 1st blog How Doing

The challenge started about 4 weeks ago. I feel that with all the teams and their challenges, which overlap with cardio & ST, I am doing fairly well. My weight is good; I havenít made my goal weight, but close is better than gaining beaucoup pounds. I try to do the freggies, but canít do the 8 glasses of water. I can do 6.

Since my clothes are fitting when they didnít months ago, Iíd say Iím doing pretty good.

    WOOHOO! You are doing great. Sometimes the weight takes longer to drop because of all the muscle you are building. Glad your clothes are fitting better.
