"Rise & Shine" Day #29

Last night I decided to have Swiss Muesli for breakfast, this morning. This meant that I had to soak oatmeal in milk, or yogurt. I only had almond milk, and decided that would do.
This morning, I added a banana, cuties, a t-spoon of maple syrup, to add some sweetness to it, raisins, and some roasted almonds. Dh was in a hurry because he had an early doctor's appointment, so, I totally forgot to add the berries, I usually enjoy. It was ok, though,

By 9:30 AM my trainer showed up, and pushed me pretty hard. Well, I guess that is what she is here for. I had planned an additional walk, but I just got carried away with going through my closet because MS was coming to pick up some clothes and anything else we no longer needed. It's good to get a little more room in the closet. Need to go through some more, though.

Until tomorrow, my last day of "Rise & Shine".
