Work passed relatively quick today. Got a good 30 minute walk in at the gym
DISPITE the assessment trainer bailing on me again. He has a kind of feel that my time isn't worth as much as his. In fact, after he passed on my APPOINTMENT time, and I worked out, he caught me at the door to ask if I had time now. Ummm, no. That's why I was leaving. Duh! I also had to tell him over and over I ONLY want the assessment to get a baseline. I already know how to work out. And he kept asking me "but are you sure it's not in your budget to get on a program. I don't know how much I can help out if you aren't on a program." No joke! Even after I finally told him I can't really afford a program (even if I wanted one) and then he was asking "are you sure you don't have just a little room in your budget?" Jerk.
Summary...customer service at this gym sucks so far. BUT, I didn't join the gym to get buddy chummy with the trainers. It's right by my house AND my daycare. I can work out and pick up my baby with ease and not sweat using a lot of gas on the weekends. All I want is a place to work out and that's what I got
